Work in the culinary arts requires a thorough education – preferably directly from the masters. Our chef learned all about cooking in London, where he worked for 5 years in one of the best restaurants. While training under the supervision of acclaimed chefs, he also cooked at the Bluebird, French Pigs Ea, and the Cat & Mutton. He also participated in the organization of so-called traveling restaurants, which gave him the opportunity to cook in various parts of London.
Wentzl, Scandale Royale, Mezze – these are just a few of the venues where our chef honed his skills after returning to Poland. He also participated in an edition of the show ‘Top Chef’ and ran culinary workshops.
Bartłomiej Półcienniak is well versed in Spanish-Moroccan, French, and Mediterranean cuisine. His extensive knowledge enables him to create exceptional dishes from modern fusion cuisine. Not content to rest on his laurels, he is exploring the field of dietetics, so that our customers can experience the best flavors from different cultures while being served a perfectly balanced and healthy meal.
